It was clear to Jan Abbruzzino early on that he wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father, who was a restaurateur in Saarland. After his apprenticeship as a chef, he looked all over Germany for a suitable place to set up his own business with his family and finally found what he was looking for in the Calmont region: he took over the Hotel Hutter in Bremm on the Moselle.
